1. Eligibility Criteria: The following are eligible to participate in this campaign: 

• new customers that purchase a Paycircle SaaS subscription along with a purchase of a PeopleHR subscription [; or  
• existing  PeopleHR customers who purchase a Paycircle SaaS subscription. 

Eligible customers must be purchasing Paycircle SaaS for up to 50 employees. This offer does not extend to customers who themselves are providing payroll bureau services to third parties.  

2. Terms & Conditions: participation in the campaign shall be subject to you entering into an agreement with Access UK Limited (“Access Group”) on the following conditions for a minimum term of no less than 12 months:

3. Rules: By participating, the applicant (“you”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Access Group as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign (including eligibility). 

4. Campaign Period: You will be eligible for the promotional pricing if you meet the Eligibility Criteria and sign an applicable minimum term agreement for Paycircle SaaS, after 8th April  2024 at 09:00am GMT and before 28th June 2024, at 11:59 PM GMT. 

5. The Offer: the specifics of the offer shall be solely determined by The Access Group. For the purpose of this clause, customers who meet the Eligibility Criteria shall be entitled to a 50% discount on per-employee-per-month (PEPM) list price (reducing the list price from £2 PEPM to £1 PEPM. The discount will apply for to up to 50 employees for the initial 12 months of the new, qualifying Agreement (“Promotional Pricing”)

The Promotional Pricing shall start on the Start Date of the Agreement and shall apply for the initial 12 months of the Agreement only. 

The Promotional Pricing shall apply for the qualifying new purchases of Paycircle SaaS only, and cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned to any other agreement you may have with the Access Group. Promotional Providing does not apply to any fees for implementation FlightPaths nor consultancy services nor any other fees aside from the PEPM SaaS fee referred to above.  

6. The Access Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time.
