How to Engage Remote Workers

It’s easier to engage somebody who’s sitting in the same room as you, than somebody who’s sitting alone in a cramped home office at the other side of the world.

You already know how important employee engagement is. But when your workforce includes remote workers, it becomes perhaps even more important – the more distant somebody is from the rest of the team, the easier it is to let motivation slide.
