What is the Navigator screen?

The Navigator screen is a feature of Access PeopleHR Evo platform, not a separate product. It is your new personalised, intelligent home screen that you land on every time you log in to Access PeopleHR Evo. It brings together Quick Actions, Action Required alerts, Quick Panels, Quick Sections, and chat assistant so you can see what needs doing and complete it, all without navigating into individual products.

Is this a new product I need to buy?

No. The Navigator screen is included within your existing Access PeopleHR Evo entitlement at no additional cost. It is a platform enhancement, not a new product. If you are an existing PeopleHR Evo customer, you will receive it automatically when it goes live.

Is the Navigator screen replacing Access Evo or my existing Access products?

No. The Navigator screen does not replace anything. Your existing Access products remain exactly as they are. The Navigator screen sits on top of them as an intelligent front door, as it brings the tasks and information from those products to you, so you spend less time navigating into them. You will still have full access to every product as before.

Can we control which Quick Actions are available to different users?

Yes. Administrators can configure which Quick Objects are deployed to users automatically, based on their role. Users also have the ability to personalise their own Navigator screen, reordering sections, pinning panels, and adding actions relevant to their specific work patterns.

When will the Navigator screen be available for our organisation?

The Navigator screenreaches general availability on 30th March 2026 but we are rolling this out to our customers in batches from 30th March to 30th April 2026. We will be in touch with activation guidance ahead of your go-live date.

Do we need to do anything before the launch date to get ready?

For most customers, no action is required. The Navigator screen will be available automatically. A complete in-product guidance and admin support will be provided to you by our team. 

Who is the new Navigator screen for?

Navigator screen is designed for all PeopleHR Evo users, from HR managers, line managers, payroll admins to employees. It provides role based personalised experience to help users get work done, faster.
