Frequently Asked Questions

When is this available?

The Employment Compliance Module launches in PeopleHR in early 2026, giving you time to train managers before the April legislative changes take effect.

Can we be ready by April?

Yes. Most organisations can have all managers trained within 4-6 weeks. The module is ready now - not ‘coming soon’ - so you can start as soon as it launches and be fully prepared before the April deadline.

How is this different from external training providers?

External courses are typically generic employment law content, purchased once and  quickly outdated. This module is specifically designed for the Employment Rights Act 2025, integrates directly with PeopleHR, updates automatically when legislation changes, and  includes ongoing refreshers - all for one monthly subscription.

Why not just use free guides and webinars?

Guides and webinars build awareness, but  they don’t provide documented proof that your  managers have been trained. When a tribunal asks ‘what training did this manager receive?’, you need completion records with dates and certificates - which is exactly what this module
provides.

How long does the training take?

Full courses take approximately 1 hour total. Annual refreshers are 15-20minutes - designed  to reinforce knowledge without taking people  away from work for long periods.

What if our managers are resistant to more training?

The courses are designed to be practical,  not theoretical. They focus on real scenarios managers will actually face, with clear guidance  on what to do. Feedback from our pilot customers is that managers find it genuinely useful, not just another compliance burden.

What’s included in the subscription?

Everything - all current courses, all future additions, annual refreshers, and content updates when legislation changes. No hidden costs.

How does it work with PeopleHR?

It’s built in. Courses are assigned automatically based on employee roles, completion is tracked in your existing dashboard, and new starters are  enrolled automatically. No separate system to manage, no integration needed.

What happens after April 2026?

The module continues to evolve. As case law develops and further regulations come into force through 2026 and 2027, we update the content so your training stays current. Your subscription covers all future updates at no extra cost.
