You probably already know how to upload company documents to your HR system, as well as how to create brand new documents and templates from within the system itself.

But what do you do if you want to give your employees access to existing information without taking the time to create a document or upload it to the system?

Within the Documents tab, you can create clickable links to website pages (like your company’s intranet) to give employees instant access to information outside of your HR system. Here’s how you do it:

  1. Visit the Documents tab
  2. Hit the +
  3. Add your link
